We aim to establish multi-purpose pre-made film sets and sound stages that will offer an innovative solution to the creative and logistical challenges faced by filmmakers, photographers, musicians and artists. These sets provide a versatile and cost-effective environment that can be adapted for various artistic and commercial endeavors. By investing in such a facility, not only does it stimulate the local economy but also position ourselves as a premier destination for creative projects in the region, with a potential for expanding into pre-existing markets that are currently too expensive to operate.

As Cyprus becomes an increasingly attractive destination for international filmmakers, the country must enhance its infrastructure to keep pace with the growing demand for film and content production. Investment in state-of-the-art, multi-purpose film studios is crucial. These studios will be equipped with artistically inviting pre-made sets, advanced soundproofing, and modern equipment to support various artistic endeavors.
Expanding professional training programs for local talent, offering competitive tax incentives, and fostering a supportive regulatory environment will further boost Cyprus’s position as a premier film and music production hub. With these advancements, Cyprus can continue to attract high-profile projects, driving economic growth and solidifying its reputation in the global film industry.
PHASE ONE
Our first phase focuses on creating a state-of-the-art Multi-Purpose Studio Building featuring 15 versatile pre-built sets designed to meet today’s production demands. These sets will include fully functional cycloramas, elevator sets, police stations, rain rooms, and much more.

The building will also house:

Makeup, Hair, and Dressing Rooms for cast preparation

Equipment Storage Rooms for secure gear organization

Two Dedicated Studios for Post-Production and Music Production (including ADR facilities)

Administrative Offices and a welcoming reception area
In addition, Phase One will feature a solar-powered covered parking area for sustainability and convenience, as well as a small on-site café to serve cast and crew.

PHASE TWO

Phase Two will introduce three large, interchangeable outdoor sets, initially built as:

A Western-style town

An 18th-century period street

A modern cityscape complete with a firehouse and realistic façades
Each outdoor set will be fully modular, allowing art departments to rebuild and customize them using the provided infrastructure. To support this, we will include an in-house workshop with dedicated spaces for a costume departmentand a prop house, ensuring all productions have the resources they need on site.

PHASE THREE
​
Phase Three will deliver the crown jewel of the backlot – a full-scale sound stage complex. This two-part facility will include:

A traditional sound stage for large-scale film and TV sets

A water tank designed for "ocean" and aquatic-themed scenes, enabling productions to safely and realistically capture water sequences.
